Has anyone come across normal guidelines for drawing an icon (not buttons inside the app, but the application itself)?

I came across here with the need to draw an icon for an android application, I myself am not a designer, I don’t have any special skills, I read this https://material.io/guidelines/style/icons.html# something like that, but not quite, I mean the Galim theory, google it helps so much in this matter ... Please give links to normal articles or video guides on how to draw an icon from scratch in practice and preferably explaining materialdesign if it is in Russian, then it’s generally wonderful.

If the official guideline is a "crazy theory" and google "doesn't help", then hire a designer and he will do everything himself. Don't want to hire? Learn guidelines, graphic editors, etc. to learn how to draw app icons by yourself.
Upd It's funny, of course, that people cannot enter a query into a search engine and find a ton of similar videos on how to draw an icon in material design. 5 seconds in YouTube and at least look around (including in Russian ).
