Has anyone been able to hook something up to ISPManager to work with VMWare/VCenter hosts?

There are several ESXI hosts, Vcenter manages them. The task is for clients to choose the VPS tariff from the ISP Manager billing, after which all this is automatically deployed on a free node and access data is rolled out to the client. We use billing from ISP, it does not know how to ESXI. More precisely, he once knew how to work with vCloud Director 9 version, but they turned this project off. It is clear that you can buy vCloud Suite and it's all there, but there is no money for this beauty yet. Does anyone have any case studies on this? Someone fastened something to the ISP for such buns?
