How to fix MacOS Monterey ISO image running on VMware with AMD Ryzen™ 9 5950X?

Good afternoon, bright minds and solution seekers.
It would seem an elementary question, but the first impression can be deceptive.
We all know that to run ISO images on a VMware Workstation virtual machine, a patch is applied that unlocks the ability to use the CPU of guest OSes. Otherwise, when starting the virtual machine, we catch this message:

The CPU has been disabled by the guest operating system.

I am trying to get rid of this message in various ways and have already begun to doubt the conclusions based on logic, i.e. in that the output of this message occurs solely due to the fact that the ability to use the CPU in the software is not actually unlocked. I start sinning either on the ISO image, or on magnetic fields, or on reduced pressure in the region.
Reviewed a bunch of videos, re-read a bunch of forums, blogs and instructions. Everything is in vain.
Tried to use all possible VMware patchers posted online. no help.
I will immediately answer elementary questions:
1. After creating the VM, I prescribe 2. smc.version = "0"
Controlling the state of smc.present = "TRUE"
the variable
- VMware Workstation 16 Pro v16.0.0 build 16894299
- VMware Workstation 14 Pro v14.0.0 build 6661328
One of the developers of one of the patches suggests that the problem is in the CPU.
What do you advise, gentlemen?

What is it? The iso image runs as a normal image
What exactly do you want to achieve? What virtual machine to run?
When using iso, I don't catch anything anywhere..
