Hardware for working in AutoCAD, SketchUp and 3D MAX

Good day to all.

The task is to assemble a computer to work in the mentioned programs: AutoCAD, SketchUp and 3D MAX.
The work of the designer, i.e. you will have to often and very much twirl large compositions of complexly structured objects.

I read the relevant tips on the net, the general recommendations boil down to the following:
1. The necessary powerful processor (i5, i7 are advised) for fast rendering.
2. Professional video cards with a large amount of memory are recommended for helicopter dancing with compositions.
3. And the more RAM, the better.

Actually I ask you to tell me with specific models of the processor, motherboard, video card and RAM.
The financial milestone for the entire assembly is 35-40k.
Thank you in advance.

ps It’s hard to find it myself (honestly, I tried), so I’ll also be grateful if you tell me at least in which direction to dig (maybe there are some competent resources where you can pick up an assembly, or something like that).

Criticism is welcome, the version is not quite balanced. Migration from mATX to ATX is possible.
