Hard drives fall off on Asus M5A78L-M LX V2, what should I do?
There is a motherboard (mod. in the name), fx8320, gtx1650, 2x4GB 1866, Samsung evo 860 SSD (with Windows) and 500GB hard drive of the same company. All this worked flawlessly until, due to the noname bp, the computer began to turn off (it turned out by the smell of burning and the blackened textolite in the bp). I bought a new one with a margin, connected it, in the main menu of the BIOS (del) where all Sata ports, both media are detected normally, but only SSD is in the boot menu. At startup, it asks you to select a boot device and try again, and hangs, although the media with Windows is selected correctly. If you call the boot menu separately from the BIOS (f8) and select hard there (it is displayed there), then Windows will start from the SSD. Yes, I didn't believe it myself. Then I rebooted the computer and now both are not displayed in the boot menu or in the menu with ports, in the boot menu it is available to select an HDD without a model, USB device (although there is nothing in usb other than a keyboard and mouse), and a CD rom that was previously connected, but is not now. From the sata port on the motherboard, nothing changes, also by chance one or the other appears randomly, Windows does not start. All power to disks and wires checked and inserted properly. I'll try to update the bios tomorrow, maybe something will change. Sata cables are intact. when everything worked, the files moved freely between disks. I admit the dump of some of the bridges. then the files moved freely between disks. I admit the dump of some of the bridges. then the files moved freely between disks.
