Hard drive died. What to do?

Hello. The problem is this - the computer turned off during the update. After further loading, I received an error 0xc000000f (or something like that). Further, I decided to reinstall Windows, Windows, in turn, was not installed, 40 minutes showed 0% preparation for installation (official bootloader). The lights went out again.
Now, when I installed Windows on another hard drive, I decided to connect this one in order to format it with Windows in NTFS, but with no results. Neither the BIOS nor Windows "handle" it. Actually, the question itself is - is it possible to somehow restore the hard drive? A 1 TB disk, I don't really want to throw it in the trash...
I would be very grateful for your help.
PS When I format a disk through Windows, formatting can take an hour, three, ten, but nothing will happen.
PSS BIOS determines its name, it is in BOOT Manager, Windows also sees it.

Windows sees it too
If the disk is visible in Windows, do diagnostics in R.tester , see what he says, this will at least add information for thought.
If you need data from a disk, then it is better not to torment it with any programs and contact a professional data recovery company.

Most likely the controller has failed. The way out is to replace the controller from the donor. The data should be fine if there were no other factors.

Take it to the service, but resuscitation services are almost always more expensive than a new disk, if there is a guarantee, change it

Check on another computer.
I had such garbage because of a banal cable.
