How to write to a specific hard disk space?
There is a 640GB hard drive with approximately 1,200,000,000 LBA blocks in it.
In blocks starting from 30,000,000 to 300,000,000 there are Bad sectors, after 400kk everything is perfectly clean.
It's a pity to throw it away, I plan to use it as an external one.
The question is, with what program can you create a partition that will not be visible from under Windows and completely clog the disk area from 0 to 350,000,000 different junk files?
ps It's just that as far as I know, when writing, Windows and linux evenly distribute files throughout the disk + leave a certain amount of space between files to reduce fragmentation.
Maybe someone who has come across has their own "day off" work?

Any utility designed to work with the disk. The same mhdd can write to a specific range of blocks.
