Hard drive 0 bytes?

Hello, I have a SEAGATE ST31500541AS hard drive. 1.5TB
When you turn on the computer, an error pops up:
Press enter F1
Hard disk error
In the BIOS, it shows 0 bytes
And when you try to click connect in Disk Management, it writes ERROR input and output
What should I do?
Everything is humming and spinning

Look at the SMART drive.
Google is full of instructions, then post them here.
Well, the SATA cable would be changed just in case.

So in the end, do you see the disk in the system as a device or not?
If yes, then try checking it with R'tester: https://rlab.ru/tools/rtester.html
You can also make and post a diagnostic dump (including QuickDiag results) - I'll try to consult on it.
