Habr, where is your style guide?

I'm wondering if Habr projects have a style guide? If not, why not?

If you are talking about the norms of the Russian language, then they are taught at school. And all the work on checking on Habré is done by the readers themselves through the karma system.
For example, in the description of your question from just one line, there are already two punctuation errors.

And if you are talking about the style of presentation itself, then every time this is a kind of experiment . And it is also regulated through the system of karma. For example, you could try "Master Yoda's Speech Style" which would invert the word order. It looks strange, but the paradox is that you might like it (although far from a fact).
That is, you choose the style, but how correct it is is not known in advance. There are no clear criteria to which one can appeal. Everything is decided by votes. The main thing is not to forget that the resource is dedicated to the topic of IT.
You can read the rules to know exactly what is allowed and what is not. But there is no exact recipe for how to create an article.
