gulp fs.js:143 error?

Depends on:

> [email protected] install Q:\HTML\dds\node_modules\uws
> node-gyp rebuild > build_log.txt 2>&1 || exit 0

after the npm install command .
Also, gulp does not start:
fs.js:143
    throw err;
    ^

Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, scandir 'Q:\HTML\dds\node_modules\node-sass\vendor'

It's strange that on another PC everything works like clockwork...

npm installcompleted successfully? If yes, perhaps someone forgot to register the necessary modules in package.json
