You need a node module or php lib to compile css to less. Google didn’t work, maybe you can do it or you already know a similar tool

Converting to LESS is not a daily task, so you can get by with a web service:
css2less.cc
For SASS, in addition to a web service, there is also a utility: css2sass.heroku.com
