GTD: The ideal of "incoming"?

I went through a bunch of different GTD programs and everywhere I find flaws for myself, at least make your own scheduler. Maybe something similar already exists? This is how I see the ideal for myself.
1. Inbox. Someone uses paper media, someone folders, but all this may not be available "here and now", but the communicator is always there. That is why it is an ideal tool for "incoming". It's good if the add-on has a desktop client.
2. The next task/note should be created as quickly as possible, otherwise the system will cease to be effective.
3. The content of the note/task should accept various types of input: text, audio, video,?..
4. The system should check the presence of “inboxes” according to the schedule and notify if there is.

The problem is contrived - take an ordinary paper notebook and write it down.

3. Not very good here, you can only add a link to a file with audio or video information

I use Evernote on my computer, phone (Android) and tablet (iPad). On any of the devices, a note is created in a couple of seconds, by default it is always in Inbox; I clean the inbox myself, usually a couple of times a day.
On iOS/MacOSX, Things is highly recommended, but the price is scary.
