Web application for scheduling tasks / keeping notes / structuring information?

Good evening. You need some kind of web application that allows you to set tasks and mark their completion, store and structure information (for example, notes) and draw notes. Preferably with an application on Andoid and in Russian.

In order to leave comments, you need to log in

The first thing that comes to mind is Trello, Evernote, Wunderlist. The first is a variant of the kanban board with the functions of comments, tasklists, cards. The second is a service of records, from which you can stir up checklists, chats, and a knowledge base. The third is a tasklist with sharing, comments and other goodies. For everything there are web versions and native clients for all more or less used platforms. In addition, now there are services like IFTTT and Zapier that allow you to cross the above and a bunch of other services.
The main question that a topicstarter needs to answer is what is the size of the team that will use the service and what tasks should it solve. It is quite possible that you will need something more serious than Trello, a la JIRA, Asana, Redmine. They also allow you to do all this. But the features that appear in the question are 10% of their functionality.
