GTA 5 system requirements?

Hi all!
Is this laptop ok for working in photoshop and video editor and in GTA 5?
I doubt the RAM, the video card, the number of cores in the processors.

The game will start, and even for min. settings can be played. But in the first mission, when you exit the building, you will be thrown out of the game, the RAM will end.
I ran on ASUS X55A:
Video card: Intel HD Graphics 2000
Processor: Intel B970 @ 2.30GHz (2 cores)
RAM: 4GB

They wrote about GTA 5 above. About photoshop - works perfectly. About the video editor - also works well. I myself ran Photoshop and Sonya on a similar laptop.
