Grub is not installed? what to do??

Guys, the question has already been asked, but here is a slightly different option. In general, I wanted to install elementary os on the tablet. I went into the BIOS, set the priority, wrote down the image for uefi on the USB flash drive which I inserted. , the download did not go. There are no items in the BIOS such as legacy and so on. I updated the BIOS, these items did not appear. Therefore, I added the efi folder from the Windows installer after unpacking the efi folder to the USB flash drive. After that, I began to get into the installer, but during installation I get the error is that it is not possible to install Grub in /target/. I read forums about partitions. Someone created the efi partition in fat32 format. I created the same partitions, but something didn’t work out.Moreover, the system is installed and when the installer is reloaded, it already asks to install it next to elementary os or on a new one. In general, I don’t know what to do anymore
