On a gray IP, nothing can be thrown, it is not unique. You can easily name it here. Port forwarding on a gray IP is possible only with the help of a third-party server - VPS, for example.

Opening a port is a firewall.
Forward a port is to forward a port through another IP.
Buy a white IP from your ISP and don't worry.
