Why can't I open any ports other than TCP 80 and 443?

ADSL Wifi router TD854W TP-LINK - PC - Windows 10, static ip address connected. I prescribe ports TCP 80, 443 opened without problems, any other ports, be it TCP or UDP, do not open? For example, I registered UDP ports: 6672, 61455, 61456, 61457 and 61458, or TCP: 30211-30217 created an incoming and outgoing rule in the Windows 10 firewall, and tried to disable it altogether, launched the game and checked the total ports from the laptop and from the mobile phone closed? Mysticism at my house 80 and 443 without any problems, everything else is any, even though the mail does not open anything 60d869aba38c8281758215.png.

@Aleks9799

ip address lan is the address of the machine in your local network where you want to redirect traffic from the specified port
If you do not specify it, then there should be an error
You need to check if your provider blocks such ports for you
