Graphical realtime tc/network monitoring?

Moved home server/router from mikrotik to linux.
There is a little lack of monitoring from Winbox, and specifically Queue tree - a wrapper on Linux tc qdisc/class.
We need a utility that builds a table tree from the rules and displays data on them in order to quickly see which class takes the channel.
I found zciech.w.interia.pl/tc-viewer , but the utility is console, it's not very convenient to climb every time via ssh.
Also tried https://github.com/DevCybran/tc-warpgate but it's more of a guest impress utility than actual analysis.
My client machine is Win, so I need something either cross-platform or web.
If he also builds graphics, then generally super :)
