Graph visualization software?

Friends, please advise a mac program or a web service for visualizing graphs (in simple words, to draw circles with arrows that are not only connected like trees, like a mind map, but in any way).
Very often the problem arises to describe a system of a number of objects and relationships between them. Now, swearing, I do it in Keynote / Powerpoint / Google Draw
Wishlist:
1) Text in each vertex (as in mind maps)
2) Signatures on the arrows, and not to manually adjust them to the arrows.
3) It would be nice if it was as fast and convenient to work as with mind maps
4) Ideally, you don’t have to dance with a tambourine and move these circles so that you set elements and connections, and the program draws them, balances them and makes everything beautiful itself :))

Alternatively, you can also try the Visual Graph utility

SciaReto editor supports mind maps and PlantUML, the latter allows you to draw graphs and UML diagrams through GraphViz
