How to install and run Apache Zeppelin?

Good afternoon!
Can you please tell me how to install and run Apache Zeppelin?
Following the instructions, I enter the launch of the zeppelin.cmd file on the command line, and it starts and immediately closes.
localhost:8080 is not opening.

Guys, it worked. It turns out I forgot to install java :D
