How to choose a data collection and analysis environment for real estate investment decisions?

I must say right away that I am not an IT specialist.
I analyze data from real estate websites in order to make an informed choice in favor of choosing a location (within the UK, if that matters) for a property to be bought, refurbished and rented out.
For this purpose, the site where the ads are located is parsed, both by objects available for rent, and questionnaires of potential landlords in relation to specific areas (locations) with a lot of different parameters.
At the moment, I order freelance site parsing and get the result in the form of CSV.
The question is, are there any better ideas where to analyze this data, instead of excel?
Because:
- data can be multidimensional
- I would like to connect data from other sources
- the data is much more interesting to consider in the dynamics of changes
Thank you!

It is better to store in the DBMS, not in CSV. For the dynamics of changes, it is necessary to automate the parsing process with entering data into the DBMS.
Having data in a single format in one place, you can make various samples and analyze the data with external tools. For statistical analysis, select R, SPSS from a specialized one.
There are 2 options: use ready-made software or order a solution for business requirements. In the second case, the result could potentially be better, although this depends on many factors, including an extensive and sensible description of the requirements (TOR).
