Google's speech recognition API - does it exist, and how to get to it?

Recently, it has become interesting to try speech recognition, and it is known that Google has done a lot in this direction. It was also noticed on the Internet (in very small fragments of dubious value) that the speech recognition service can be connected to third-party resources. Unfortunately, I have not found information on how to access this service, and where the documentation is. Feeling like it doesn't exist. Maybe you can tell me where to go, where to look, and what am I doing wrong?

Here, the question will rather be, in which direction you will need api (browser, android, etc.)
Due to the fact that the Chrome source is open, and speech recognition, just used there, you can get access to recognition.
We use Google Voice Search in our .NET application - with the permission of the author, an article from Habr.
Accessing Google Speech API is also a pretty interesting article.
If you still need it - google google speech recognition api - you can't go wrong.
