Google Play crashes on VR, how to overcome?

There are VR glasses from a Chinese manufacturer. The problem is that after launching the "Google Play" application, it "crashes" after 5-10 seconds. Resetting the device to "factory settings" does not help :(
What is known about the device:
OS Linux 3.10.52 (aarch64) , on top of Android 5.1 and on top of Nibiru 3.20
root access to the device (from the command line) can be obtained by going to the shell (adb shell ) and executing the su command
