How to connect Android Flurry Analytics 4.1.0 to a project?

The Flurry web service does not display statistics.
Registration on Flurry passed - downloaded the archive and the access code.
I connected the library itself and initialized the calls, the project is built without errors, events created by Flurry are poured into the logs.

W/FlurryAgent﹕ Event count started: тесттест
W/FlurryAgent﹕ Event count incremented: тесттест

Internet access is set in the manifest.
Stuck on a step from the instructions:
3. Link Google Play service
With the release of 4.0.0 version Flurry requires liking Google Play Services to enable Android Advertising ID required to support user's privacy choices. For more information on Android Advertising ID please follow this link

Downloaded and connected (exported) google-play-services_lib to the project, specified in the manifest
<meta-data android:name="com.google.android.gms.version"
                   android:value="@integer/google_play_services_version" />

Somewhere something is not properly connected ...
Help me figure it out.

Let it be late, but still.
The problem was due to the installed ad blocker.

Try going all the way first, it usually helps.
