Broadcasting video in a mobile application via a torrent file?

Good afternoon
I'm new to programming, but I came across an interesting popcorn time project. Who does not know the site for watching movies and series.

Now I have written my own application for watching movies and TV shows. While testing. And I manually post movies and series on a local server.

That's the question.
How can I do the same as in PopcornTime so that the application broadcasts movies and TV shows in the same way as PopcornTime . That is, through the torrent file.
It just seemed to me that this solution was cheaper than renting a server.

libtorrent, look for ready-made mappings for android
, the torrents directory itself (or magnet links) is questionable, either manage it yourself or connect someone else
