You can make calls with it, set reminders, and more, but you can't activate it with a voice command. "Ok Google" only works in English. Maybe someone knows the magic Russian word that can be used to activate it?

I put Russian and the checkbox "Hotword detection" disappeared in the settings. So it's probably not supported.
