Hello.
The task is to create questionnaires in one retail chain, at the checkouts. It is planned to take cheap tablets for this task, on which advertising will be mainly spinning, and, if necessary, a survey will be displayed. It is necessary to somehow create questionnaires, and somehow change them centrally.
Question: Is there any program for Android on which this can be implemented?

A browser on a tablet (you can write your own on a standard component - so that the urls do not change) and a web server IMHO the best solution. You still have to keep the server - in order to centrally collect / store / edit polls.
