Google fonts not loading!?

In chrome dev tools, it writes an error GET "link to google font (correct)" net:: ERR_INTERNET_DISCONNECTED
In the head in order: font, reset, styles, are also written correctly,
the Firewall does not block. I can't figure out what's going on, there are no answers anywhere.

It turns out that even when rebooting the settings and when rebooting the PC, in the settings for testing the speed of loading the site, the settings remain the ones that were selected last, I had a slow download for mobile devices and therefore the link refused to load.
