Google Cloud Storage why empty metrics?

I send requests to https://www.googleapis.com/storage/v1/b/
using the token received via the JWT of the service account

Google Storage
or
Google Cloud Storage JSON API reports
Empty metrics
I noticed that when you open a general dashboard of all requests, then there is some kind of bigstore, which is requests for Storage,

but then what service should be included to track this apishka (number of requests, errors, etc.)?
There are no free ones besides the paid Stackdriver?
