How to manage a community without logging into the page?

Hello! Sometimes there are situations in which it would be much more convenient to perform actions in the community not from a specific account, but through an access key. There is an access key, rights too, but how exactly to use it? There are too few methods on the vk.com/dev/groups page and I'm not at all sure that this is exactly what I need, because there is no way to enter an access key and access actions in the community.
Imagine this situation:
I have a community and an access key with maximum rights. How can I use this passkey to, for example, block a member without being logged into an account that has moderator or higher privileges in my community? I’m really still a teapot in this and I don’t understand this part of the VK at all.

this is where the key is entered automatically. you can just click execute. but this is a test thing, it’s not normal to work there.
