Where can I find the API for identifying a person by voice (Speaker Recognition)

I have been looking for an API for identifying a user by voice for several weeks now. Everything that I have found so far is very old and no longer supported or has incomprehensible documentation. Are there any habra users who have ever worked with such APIs?

Also, are there any open source projects in this direction?

API is just an interface. Do you need the implementation itself? Or do you think that the functionality you need is implemented everywhere and in everything, but they don’t give you an API?

In fact, such systems cost a lot of money, especially if they actually work. It's unlikely you'll find anything.
