Google closed the proxy?
I heard that Google used to have a proxy, but I can't find it. The fact is that my provider puts some speed limits on all sites except popular ones (such as google, yandex, vk, ok.ru, etc.). I'm not sure how it works, but the rest of the sites barely load, and these are straight with a bang. Well, of course, the speedtest loads perfectly. I don’t believe that all sites are not optimized and barely work, since all sites are loaded from a working PC (there is another provider).
I thought maybe use google proxies so that the provider would think that I'm on a google site? Or is that not how it works? Please explain in plain language.
