Google Chrome is stuck on the wrong channel

Good day!

I observe the strange behavior of Chrome: on my current worthless Internet channel (~ 200 kilobits and sometimes even less), sites sometimes do not load. Those. I type in the address, the loading indicator spins, but the page itself does not load. If you stop and start again, it can boot. Sometimes you have to do this several times.
If at the same time try to open the same site in FF, it opens normally. Restarting Chrome also improves the situation for a while.
Recently, I used a good channel of several megabits for a couple of days - I did not notice such a problem.
Disabled phishing check in Chrome. Maybe he's still climbing somewhere and this can be somehow adjusted? Does anyone have any guesses?

Google Chrome is stupid on a bad channel - this is an indisputable fact. They always remember about it in all browser holivars. The browser is initially sharpened for fast Internet.
Solution:
- On a bad channel, it's better to use Opera because of good caching.

In general, Google Chrome is a strange animal. The fact is that he does not create for each hanger according to the process, but for several folds according to one algorithm known to him. And it happens that if one fold is half-Jewish for some unknown reason (yes, at least the same timeout waiting on request!) Then all the other folds in the same process will also hang (is it asynchronous?...). There is only one solution here - to kill the process corresponding to the hung tab (through the process manager of the chrome itself). Yes, of course, you will lose all the folds that also depend on this process. But restore performance and not lose all other tabs. A sort of partial reboot.
