Google Chrome & HTTPS?

n2lL1s.jpg
Quite often in Google Chrome I encounter the problem that some resources do not want to give content, but instead load the page as a file in the "Downloads" (see picture, clickable).
A prerequisite for this bug to occur is the HTTPS protocol. But also quite selective. For example, this never happens with Gmail, often with Yandex.Mail, and almost always with Alfa-Click.
Moreover, this can happen on different computers, with different providers, both under Windows and under Linux.
I suspect it has something to do with my Google account Chrome is linked to, but I have no idea how to get rid of it.

Look at what plugins you have installed, maybe one of them is to blame.

I don't see this problem myself. Something with your settings or plugins.

Check plugins.
Just recently, I tweeted about a crooked RSS subscriber.
