How to equalize resolution in chrome?

in chrome in the download menu, settings and on google sites for some reason the resolution is low. Monique is full hd, and everywhere on other sites everything is fine. Only wherever there is Google, resolution is arbitrarily deteriorating. In downloads somewhere clearly, somewhere not, in Google maps it is not clear everywhere. What is the problem?
