Google Chrome how to solve the problem?

I am a Linux user, lately Chrome has become very dull for me, this does not appear on all sites, on Youtube the video is loaded for 10-15 minutes, and let's say in Opera 1 second does not pass, in Firefox it takes 2-3 minutes to load,.
Not a single browser has hell blocks or some other crap, .
With what it can be connected ? Previously, Chrome (about a week ago) worked with a bang, but there were problems in HTTPS, where I created the policy.json file in etc/chromium-browser/policies/managed and wrote it there

and troubles began with my Chromium, it’s not at all comfortable to visit Tyrnet with real speed, but it turns out much less, almost GPRS, how can I solve this?
