Google Chrome + habrahabr.ru = small font
Tell me why habrahabr.ru in Google Chrome (version 23.0.1271.91) completely ignores the font size and scaling settings. On other sites, the font size is initially normal, or the minimum font size limit is triggered, scaling also works. On habrahabr.ru, the font size of the main text is microscopic, although the headings are gigantic.

Firstly, update the browser, and secondly, on Habré, the layout has rigidly specified font settings for the main text.
