Notifications in Chrome?

Hello! I have such a problem, notifications appear on their own without any permissions, I delete them in the browser settings, but then they appear again, is it possible to turn them off once and for all so that notifications never come, some sites make an entry in the registry, I delete them and then they disappear.
Maybe you can disable them in //flags ?

I suggest that you follow these steps:
1. Check your site settings. If it is empty, then these are jokes of extensions or viruses.
2. Go to Chrome Settings > System and run a virus scan (it's unlikely that the browser will find anything, but it won't be superfluous - a useless feature).
3. Disable all extensions, and then gradually enable them again, with an interval of 5-10 minutes. Most often, such jokes appear due to active malicious VPN extensions (for example, Touch VPN). If you find such an extension, remove it.
4. Run a Threat Scan on your PC.
5. As a last resort, reinstall your browser.
If none of the above options helped, follow these steps:
1. Watch which site appears most often.
2. Search the registry for all sites. All malicious sites have one thing that makes them wake up. With redirects, it is much easier - the redirect goes first to one site, and then to another. Something similar can happen with notifications.
3. Remove everything related to them (sites).
All the same, it looks more like a malicious extension or a virus, I advise you to look in this direction.
