I am a holder of Visa Aeroflot from Sberbank. There is a need to fill out a form in Google checkout: How to fill in these fields correctly? In particular:

1. Should the name of the owner and the name of the bank be written in Latin?
   
2. Just write Sberbank in the title? This field has a maximum of 35 characters.
   
3. Apparently in SWIFT you need to write SABRRUMMVH1. Right?
   
4. And what to write in BIC?
   
5. The account number is the current account that was given to me in the details of my card?

Ask at the bank branch for details for payments from abroad.
For example, for me it looks like this:

This form says that the money is sent only to an account in the United States. So the savings bank will not work.
