ALL Android apps crash. Why???

Help me please! I have a Blackview E7S phone. Very often, approximately every 5 minutes, all applications are closed, both those that hang in windows and those that are open. Terribly inconvenient and annoying! What is the problem? I'll try to take a video of it and post a link.
