Unity Android What are the animation options for the character and weapons other than ready-made clips comp. from frames?

I've been making this game for half a year now. Already at the last stage of development. Faced a problem, eats a lot of memory. Namely, there are about 30 animation clips. Each contains 24 pictures weighing from 3 to 8 MB. I do animation in another program. I want to ask what are the ways to reduce the weight of the clip or how to remake it so that the quality of the clip is not lost, and the weight becomes much less. Because this is just the beginning of the idea, but already eating a lot. Weak devices no longer pull what will happen next, one can only guess.
