How long ago? If 30 days has not passed, it is solved by a simple refusal: 1.
Go to the admin -> domain settings -> subscriptions (Subscriptions & Billing) 2.
Press the mark for Google Apps for business, confirm /support/a/bin/answer.py?answer=1257646 ).
