Google+ and links to photos from the album

I'm sitting and stupid on the new Google Photos interface. Previously, everything was clear - on the right side you copy the link to the photo and paste it into your post.
Now I have created a new album, I wanted to insert a link to a photo from it - but I only have “Tag people” and “Comment” left with the new black interface.
Where can I find a link to a photo now? See help:
On the My Photos page, click your album.
Click the photo you'd like to embed.
Click Link to this Photo on the right sidebar.
Well, I do not have this link on the right!
Or is it a system glitch? I have Ubuntu and Firefox, I don't have Windows at hand to test this theory.
Is there any way to go back to the old interface?

Is the album visible to public or anyone with the link?

They overdid it a lot. Many key things were teleported somewhere to another galaxy.
