Good time tracker for vs-code?

Tell me a good time tracker for vs-code.
Ideally, I would count the time, taking into account the smoke breaks), as if there were no clicks for 5 minutes, it would pause.

as an option - wakatime. It also integrates with vscode. The free plan (with a history of 2 weeks) is enough to keep track of when and what you did. I won’t say that I once spent a lot of time on selection and analysis, but it copes with its task of “approximately tracking when I finished doing my projects and started working on my workers”.
