VS code does NOT run on win 7?

After reinstalling Windows VSCode and, accordingly, reinstalling VSCod, a black screen appears at startup and nothing else happens. Delivered fresh net.freamwork and it did not help. Are there other ways to fix this?

Install video card drivers. I suspect the black screen is due to the inoperability of hardware acceleration.
