Good books for a sysadmin with 1 year experience?

Good afternoon, all the same, I often encounter difficult tasks at work, I have never read books on system administration, but I understand that sometimes I do things wrong, so I want to tighten up the theoretical base.
So:
-I work with windows server 2012-2016 (AD,DHCP,DNS)
-Video surveillance -Software
proxy servers (Kerio, etc.)
-networking -administration of
about 100 jobs
I want to improve and secure the same domain controller, but having a theory, I don’t know how to do it, I think it’s right to read the theory, how and what works, including on networks, I never worked with Linux (but there is a desire to study).
At the moment I found the following book, is it suitable or something better:
System Administrator's Tutorial 5th Edition | Kenin Alexander Mikhailovich, Kolisnichenko Denis Nikolaevich
