In the "Specialist" I underwent retraining from the channel where I work, according to Premiere. The teacher himself was on it, so he just attended and did not learn anything new, but there were no questions for the course, everything was quite adequate. The teacher - Epov Dmitry Andreevich - had an Adobe ACE certificate for Premiere, he makes his way on the Adobe website, when he checked - only 6 people in our country had such a certificate.
Without practice, as already written, this will not help much. Although depending on what for - blogs on YouTube or television, for example ...
it’s better to practice
swinging from Sherwood, for example,
but you won’t learn one fig without practice
Video tutorials on this topic are more visual, so at the expense of books xs. And even free courses from YouTube will go just to get comfortable. Then questions will appear, and here you can look for answers in Adobe manuals, as well as on the same YouTube or on forums, or look for a personal teacher, but already wondering if he knows exactly what you need. Well, for example, there, but how to make it so that not the whole picture becomes blurry, but only that square, but how to make such a splash screen, and how to remove such a repetitive sound from the soundtrack, etc.
PS: a question for those who write about what " without practice, the courses are useless" - is it you yourself that you go through / passed the courses, or where do such thoughts come from? and how can you PASS and not just view the course if you do nothing yourself?
