GoIP8 - more and more modules are disabled?

There is a GoIP8 GS-4.01-83 gateway. 8 SIM cards are actively working, the operator is MTS (Krasnodar). It is used only for auto-notification of clients through calls.
Problem . From time to time, outgoing ones stop going, all SIM card modules are turned off in the gateway interface (N),
rebooting through power does not help, software too.
For several times I realized that this problem is treated like this:

• turned off the power
  
• removed sim cards
  
• turned on the power
  
• wait until the Module and Firmware Version are loaded on the GSM page (sometimes you have to reboot again)
  
• turned off channels on GSM Channel Control
  
• turned on the channels
  

This is how I solve the problem.

gateway must have access to the Internet
telnet ip_goip
login ID: ctlcmd
password: the "admin password webpage login"
commands mupgrd X or mupgrad X, where X is the port number
