and everything worked well and the connection was (VoIP) but at one fine moment the audibility by telephony began to work in one direction, and then when they call me from the office, then when I call them. They replaced the name of the phone. Now the connection is cut off when they call me after 3 -6 seconds disconnected. I decided to come to the office and check the winbox connection to my microtik at the factory. The result: he does not see my microt at the factory. It’s like he doesn’t release it for nat. But I see the office microt from the factory. As I understand it, the problem is in Nata, but why did it work before?

bought an asterisk, found where there are valid local networks. I scored my office network and ipsec tunnel there. And everything worked. Thanks for the help guys.
