Godot Engine, Construct 2, Stencyl, etc. Do they have a place?

There are a number of application designers, games. I will not list all of them. I do not mean here such "global" engines as Unity, UE and the like.
I would like to know if they created any "shot" applications or games? And are they worth it? If they are, which one is more promising? How about apps designed for mobile phones?
PS We kindly ask you not to talk about the advantages of the above "global" engines, but still focus on these constructors (I would not like to study programming languages c#, c++, ...).
Thanks in advance

@ibragim_pascal

I advise you to use Godot Engine.
Advantages:
Open and free
Actively developed
There is an export for mobile phones
Good documentation
Python-like programming language
It is possible to use other programming languages such as C#, C ++, Python, etc.
Version 3.0 will be released soon with a lot of improvements :З
